A touch of style and a competitive price - that's the Audi TT Design Édition. In 2004, Audi France launched this special series, exclusively for the French market, as a Coupé and Roadster with 150 hp. Only 130 examples left the factory in this version, which immediately gave this series a special place in TT history.
With an attractive starting price of €28,880* for the Coupé and €30,930* for the Roadster, this edition was even €1,000 cheaper than the standard 150 hp variant. A remarkable deal for such a stylish package - especially when combined with the sleek equipment and unique finish.

But did it stick to 130?
Although the series began as a limited edition, the Design Édition trim remained available in the French Audi catalogue after 2004. This raises the question of whether it really stayed with those original 130 examples. Moreover, the series evolved:

| Some sources speak that only the colours Brillantrot LY3J and Brillantschwarz LY9B were available. But on French occasion sites, the other colours also regularly pop up. So it could also well be that quite soon other engines besides the 150 hp could be fitted with the rims and the price advantage.
