For Audi employees, Audi has released 2 self-study programmes on the construction and operation of the Coupé (SSP207) and Roadster (SSP220). Nice info on, for example, the construction of the car, how the electrical system works or the convertible roof. Search the internet and you can find 2nd-hand copies from (former) Audi employees or the pdf version in English or German.
